Description
Hibiscus Summer Carnival PPAf is one of the best variegated hardy hibiscus I have seen. Like most hardy hibiscus this plant grows into a nice large shrub 4 to 5 feet wide a high, with large red flowers up to 12 inches across. The thing that takes this plant to the next level is the variegation on the foliage dark green leaves with white edges and hints of pink make this one a must have. Plants sold in 4 to 4 1/2 inch pots.
