Description
Epipremnum pinnatum (Skeleton Key) is a unique clone of this tropical climbing aroid. Found natively in tropical areas of Asia this plant is often confused as a pothos. As a juvenile plant the leaves are small and the plant will run along the ground or until it can find a object to climb. Once climbing the leaves will mature into larger and often morph with age. This clone tends to have a larger leaf section near the stems and produces a small tail or narrow slither at the leaf tip. This plant is very rarely seen in collections though easy to grow. I have only seen it in one botanical garden and was named by Brians Botanicals in 1998.
