Description
Colocasia Violet Stem Collected species has leaves with dark blotches that look like Black Marble when juvenile. The adult plant has ruffled edged leaves with a slight velvet feel. Colocasia Violet Stem can grow leaves around 3 feet long and 2 feet wide. The stems are dark Violet to purple in color. This Colocasia produces some of the largest flowers that are upwards to 1 foot tall or more. A mature plant can grow up to 5- 7 feet tall.
The plants for sale are bare rooted plants 1 to 3 feet tall. The leaves maybe removed for shipping. Tubers should be nickle to half dollar size.
