Colocasia ROYAL HAWAIIAN® ‘Tropical Storm’ PP28,567
Bring dramatic color and contrast to the garden with Colocasia ROYAL HAWAIIAN® ‘Tropical Storm’ PP28,567! This eye-catching elephant ear features bold, tropical foliage with dark purple to nearly black leaves dramatically accented by bright creamy-white veins and a vivid green center. The striking contrast gives each leaf an electrified appearance, making this variety an instant focal point in containers and landscape plantings.
Unlike larger growing elephant ears, ‘Tropical Storm’ has a more compact habit, making it ideal for smaller gardens, patio containers, tropical combinations, and front-of-border plantings while still delivering a bold, oversized tropical look. The dramatic foliage creates season-long interest and pairs beautifully with bananas, cannas, hibiscus, and colorful annuals.
Fast growing in warm weather, this tropical beauty thrives in heat and humidity and makes an unforgettable statement near ponds, patios, or garden beds. Whether planted alone or mixed into tropical displays, ‘Tropical Storm’ adds bold texture and color all season long.
Plants will be shipped in 4 to 4 1/2 inch pots.
