Description
Canna yellow king humbert has some of the most amazing flowers of all the cannas. This bicolor flower is bright orange in the center with a large yellow rim around the edge of every petal. Growing to 5 feet tall with large blooms held above the folaige. Was considered a mutation off of Red King Humbert canna and was offered in 1929. I have tried for years to find good clean stock of this plant and until recently had not seen it avalible clean and with out virus. I found some while in Costa Rica a few years ago and have been propagating stock ever since.
Not to be confused with Canna florence vaughn both look similar but the yellow band on Yellow King Humbert is about twice as wide as that on Florence Vaughn. Both listed.
