Ordering
What is a Spring Pre-order?
Spring pre-orders are orders that are placed from January to May. These orders are shipped out starting the last week in March through May. This means an order placed in January will be shipped before an order placed on April 20th. Please take this into consideration when placing your order.
Some plants need longer to grow/root than others. The plants that root in the fasted will be shipped the fasted i.e a Colocasia will ship faster than a Philodendron. Each order will ship when all the plants in the order are ready. Orders will not be divided into multiple shipments.
Can I combine my Spring Pre-orders?
Since we ship out Spring Pre-orders on a first come first serve basis, we can not add to existing orders or combine multiple orders. Some of the orders are in the process of being shipped while others have been pulled for processing. Please make a second order for any plants that they would like to add.
Are all plants on the website up for Spring Pre-Orders?
All plants that are up Spring Pre-Order sale will be able to be added to your cart. We leave plants that are “sold out” up on the website so that people can add them to their “Plant Wish list” so that they can be notified as soon as it becomes available. Plants that say “Read More” are sold out and not up for Spring Pre-Order sales.
When do you restock plants?
We restock plants weekly. Some items are slow to propagate and have limited stock. Sign up on the waitlist on the items page to be the first notified when it comes back in stock.

Brian’s Botanicals ships to the address provided. If your order hasn’t been shipped yet, we will change the address on the order before we ship it out. This could delay the shipping out of your order while we get the address corrected.
If the order has already been shipped you will have to contact the Post Office and do a package intercept. This could cost a fee at the post office.
Orders that were shipping to the address provided but we were given the incorrect address are not eligible for a refund.
Return Policies
What is your return policy?
If you receive a shipment that has a severely damaged plant a photo maybe required to see the severity of the damage. This will help us to determine what happened to the shipment and prevent it in the future. We must be contacted within five days after receiving the damaged plant for a replacement.
What if my plant is damaged?
Brian’s Botanicals guarantees that the plants are alive and healthy when shipped. Brian’s Botanicals prepares plants to be shipped by putting plants in sleeves or wrapping them in newspaper. Plants are packed in such a way that they should arrive in good condition. There is a risk of damage such as bent or torn leaves and stems when shipping plants in the mail. Plants that have a bent leaf or stem, or a tear in a leaf will not be replaced. Brian’s Botanicals will not be held responsible for plants that are damaged because they were not picked up at the post office. If you order a large plant call your post office and make arrangements to pick it up so that it does not get shipped back.

What if my box is missing/the tracking has stopped updating? What if my plants come in damaged because of the post office?
This is a rare circumstance but it has happened. Since the tracking has stopped the package will be considered “Missing Mail” by the post office. Because the Post Office has taken so long to deliver your items and have caused damaged to them because of it, you will have to open a claim with them. https://www.usps.com/help/missing-mail.htm
Every Priority box shipped has insurance for this type of problem. You will need your tracking number and your receipt. They should refund the order due to them not delivering the items on time and being the cause of any damage incurred. It should only take 2-3 days for the package to be delivered. Since the Post Office caused damage to the package they will be solely responsible for the refund of the order.
Once the Post Office has issued a refund another order can be placed with us.
Can I cancel my order?
Yes. Orders can be canceled as long as they have not already shipped. Cancelled orders will be subject to a 10% restocking fee.
