A new routine is forming at the Brian’s Botanicals house. It’s always been a moving target, but especially now with Phoenix in the mix. This week we have family in town who got to meet the little dude for the first time—I think he was a big hit with the cousins. The good home cooking is always appreciated by me and my sisters.

The nursery has been a hive of activity, with everyone coming in to pick up houseplants or refresh their planters for the next season. Between diaper duty and bottle feedings, Brian and I are also planning our third greenhouse at the farm, which is set to be delivered in two weeks! We’re excited to reorganize the plants so we can grow them even better and give more love to Brian’s collection. He’s been collecting plants since he was 16, so there are some old favorites alongside fresh new additions.

The last month of my pregnancy put a pause on cleaning up the collection—hey, a girl can’t do everything all at once, now can she? But it’s time to get back to it. It’s kind of like tidying your house before company arrives: when you know you’re bringing plants home, you want to make sure everything looks its best.

Well, time to get back to shipping orders!
