Return policy
I ship on Mondays and Tuesdays of each week depending on holidays or personal delays. You should get your plants unless told differently in 2 to 5 days from shipping.
Plants are shipped in sleeves or wrapped up in newspaper. The plants should be in good condition. I try to ship them as safe and secure as possible. Sometimes this can be difficult as the carriers are fairly rough with the boxes. If the damage is bad and reported to me in the first week of receiving the plant we will then decide on a course of action. I will have the customer send the plant back for a full refund, replace the damaged plant, or keep the plant with a partial refund.
I will decide on what is fair and I try my best to keep my customers happy. If I believe it is my fault a full refund maybe in order but some things are out of my control and for me to replace every plant with a slightly bent stem is not something I plan to do. So if you are a picky person and plan to look for things to get upset with do not place a order with me. I am a hobbyist who loves his work but I do not have time to deal with picky people who complain when something such as a colocasia has tear in the leaf. Thank you!
