Brian's FAQ's

How is my order shipped?
Plants are shipped every Tuesdays through The United States Post Office or Federal Express. Plants that are ordered Tuesday will not be shipped till the following Tuesday of the next week. Shipping can be delayed due to holidays, severe weather or if we are out of town. You will be contacted or it may show on the website if a delay is expected. Please keep this in mind while ordering. Brian’s Botanicals prepares plants to be shipped by putting plants in sleeves or wrapping them in newspaper.

Will I receive a tracking number?
Tracking numbers are sent with every order if an email address is provided.

Do you ship internationally?
We do not ship internationally.

What if my plant is damaged?
Brian’s Botanicals guarantees that the plants are alive and healthy when shipped. Brian’s Botanicals prepares plants to be shipped by putting plants in sleeves or wrapping them in newspaper. Plants are packed in such a way that they should arrive in good condition. There is a risk of damage such as bent or torn leaves and stems when shipping plants in the mail. Plants that have a bent leaf or stem, or a tear in a leaf will not be replaced. Brian’s Botanicals will not be held responsible for plants that are damaged because they were not picked up at the post office. If you order a large plant call your post office and make arrangements to pick it up so that it dose not get shipped back.

If you receive a shipment that has a severely damaged plant a photo maybe required to see the severity of the damage. This will help us to determine what happened to the shipment and prevent it in the future. We must be contacted with in five days after receiving the damaged plant for a replacement.

Will my contact information be shared with other websites?
Brian’s Botanicals will not share our email list with any other websites or marketing groups.

Can I pay with check or money order?
We except checks and money orders as payments. Payments must be accompanied by a copy of the order.
