Canna Stuttgart
Canna Stuttgart is a beautiful grower with a lot of variegation. The leaves are green which large blotches of white. The plant can grow to over 8 feet tall and has small orange flowers held above the foliage. I have grown this plant for years in my tropical landscapes and it is always a eye catcher. The plant was named after a Botanical garden in Germany called Stuttgart where the plant was discovered. The only problems I have ever seen is full sun areas the white areas may slightly burn. I have found that adding Epson salt may help prevent some leaf burn. Plants for sale are large bare rooted rhizomes with the leaves removed. All of my forms are highly variegated. This can easily be seen in the highly streaked stems of the plants you will receive. FACTS Foliage: Variegated white and green foliage Flower:
